Itachi was born into the Uchiha clan as the eldest son of Mikotoand Fugaku Uchiha, and was praised by all as the best of his generation, and a genius above all others. Even by the standards of the battle-adept Uchiha clan, Itachi's prowess far outshone their own.However, few could understand him.When he was only four, Itachi had already witnessed countless lives lost due to the Third Shinobi World War, which emotionally traumatised him and consequently turned him into a pacifist.Itachi spent much of his time researching the history of the village from the writings their ancestors left              behind.

During the Nine-Tails' attack on Konoha, Itachi was left alone to take care of his infant brother Sasukeand promised to protect him no matter what.In the anime, it was shown that during their childhood, Itachi made a game of collecting paw prints of cats with his brother. The last paw print to be collected was Nekomata's, who Itachi had defeated and asked him to fight Sasuke with all his might when Sasuke got older.

Itachi massacred the clan to safe his village but he was made it a secret and gave the reason for Sasuke that  was "To measure Itachi's capacity". So his brother "Sasuke" was not know the truth and really not understand that Why his Gentle genius brother killed every body in his clan and look upon him with hatred.Itachi'mission was uncompleted because he was not kill his little brother then , He had joined the criminal organisation Akatsuki to serve as a double-spy, to later become an S-rank missing-nin. 

 when sasuke grown up and become the avenger Sasuke was came to have a fight with Itachi. It was the bad news for Itachi. Sasuke done his target successfully.

Yakushi Kabuto have called Itachi from Edo Tensei to use Itachi in The forth Ninja World Wars but He was collaborate with Sasuke and both can inhibit the Kabuto's Edo Tensei.

       Sasuke is the second and youngest son of the Konoha Military Police Force captain and Uchiha clan head:Fugaku Uchiha, and his wife Mikoto. Mikoto named him after the father of the Third Hokage in hopes that he would grow up to be a great ninja like his namesasuke.As a child, Sasuke grew up in the shadow of his older brother, Itachi Uchiha who was an acknowledged prodigy viewed by the Uchiha clan as a genius, and whose work would further strengthen the bonds between the village and the clan.

       

         When he was a child, Sasuke was very kind, loving towards his parents and older brother and respectful to his fellow clansmen as well as his teachers. He was even very proud of being Itachi's brother and Fugaku's son — famous for being devoted protectors of Konoha, and he desired to emulate them. His original dream was to join the Konoha Military Police Force when he grew up, like his father and as such greatly sought his father's approval and acknowledgement of his abilities. A changed drastically due to him suffering his clan's curse and became cold, indifferent, cruel, cynical, softer Itachi massacred the clan, Sasuke's ideals and personalitymewhat arrogant, unreasonable and devoted the next nine years of his life to kill Itachi.

So Sasuke meet Orochimaru in a genin test and decide to go out of the village. After he went out he was practice Jutsu

with Orochimaru and become stronger.Sasuke killed Orochimaru and absorbed him.He got a team named Taka and members are Suigetsu Karin and Jugo.The target of Taka was kill Uchiha Itachi.
        Sasuke was succeed in killed Itachi but after he known the truth about Itachi from Uchiha Tobi that Itachi have done everythings for him that is the reason Taka team changed there target to destroy Konoha.
       What ever Sasuke have done in the past at this moment all of Ninja's Village have the Big Forth Ninja World Wars with his clan "Uchiha" and sasuke decided to help his Village not his clan because Itachi ( from Edo Tensei)  have already prove to Sasuke that Itachi really love Konoha and use every minute of his life to protected the Village. Now Sasuke help his old friend "Naruto" to protect the Village from Uchiha Madara and Tobi (Uchiha Obito).
